SHIPPING

We make every effort to ship your order within 24 hours of receiving it.  Some circumstances will extend that period to 48 hours or perhaps more (weekends/holidays) on occasion.  

In unusual cases, there will be a longer period of time to ship.  For known shipping delays a notice will be posted on the web site (such as vacation, vending at shows or other absence from the office) or in individual cases, you will be notified via email with the expected ship date.  

US DOMESTIC SHIPPING
The Red Camel ships to all US states and most US territories via Ground Advantage and Priority Mail.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING INSURANCE - Both USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail sent to US addresses are automatically insured for loss or damage up to $100. If your order requires insurance over $100, please contact me for costs at help@redcamel.net.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
The Red Camel ships internationally to Canada, Mexico, Europe, Australia, Japan and some other countries via USPS First Class International Mail and Priority Mail International and by Simple Export Rate. For further information, find your destination below or contact us at help@redcaml.net.

CANADA: Via USPS Ground Advantage and by USPS Priority Mail, both insured up to $200 at no additional charge with tracking available. And by Simple Export Rate, which ships through a third party shipper that partners with local postal services here in the US and in the destination country. Simple Export Rate shipping is NOT insured, but tracking is available to most delivery addresses.

MEXICO: Via USPS Ground Advantage and by USPS Priority Mail, both insured up to $200 at no additional charge with tracking available. And by Simple Export Rate, which ships through a third party shipper that partners with local postal services here in the US and in the destination country. Simple Export Rate shipping is NOT insured, and tracking is NOT available to Mexican delivery addresses.

OTHER WORLD COUNTRIES: The Red Camel ships to certain other world wide countries via USPS Ground Advantage and by USPS Priority Mail, both insured up to $200 at no additional charge with tracking available. And also by Simple Export Rate, which ships through a third party shipper that partners with local postal services here in the US and in the destination country. Simple Export Rate shipping is NOT insured, but tracking is available to most delivery addresses.

CUSTOMS, IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES
CUSTOMER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMS FEES, IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES. Customs fees, import duties and taxes for imported goods are not shipping charges and are not included in shipping fees charged on this website.  The Red Camel is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes or import duties imposed by governmental authorities outside the U.S. Please contact your local customs officials for details on the duties and taxes you will be required to pay upon receipt of your shipment.

IMPORT RESTRICTIONS
Some countries restrict the import of silver, coins and other items. The Red Camel cannot ship these items to countries that impose restrictions. Please contact us for inquiries if you have questions about a specific item.

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All shipping labels for orders placed on this web site are marked as originating from The Red Camel. Merchandise shipped from The Red Camel cannot be marked as originating from a private individual. Packing slips are included with your order and item prices are shown on the order invoice / packing slip. Commercial goods shipped outside the US CANNOT be marked as "gift" to avoid import duties, and the contents and/or value of the items contained in any shipment CANNOT be falsified on import paperwork.  These actions are illegal and are prohibited by U.S. and international government regulations. 

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your order from The Red Camel. If you are not pleased with any item, we are happy to accept returns for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in the original condition.  We do not accept items for return or exchange that are changed or modified in any way, including replacement components, polishing, silver testing marks, or any other modification from the original condition.  Receipt must accompany returned merchandise. Refunds are made for the amount of purchase only. Shipping is not refundable.

Please contact me by email at returns@redcamel.net or help@redcamel.net within two weeks of purchase and let me know that you would like to return your items and the reason for return.

Returns will not be accepted without prior notification.
