Berber bermil, or teardrop, pear or gourd-shaped pendants, are traditionally worn as additional adornment on fibula pins. The shape is rounded, usually with both sides embellished with wirework, etching and/or jewels. These pendants are hollow but the weight feel like they are filled with something/ perhaps wax, that makes them a bit weightier.
